A Senior Lecturer and Researcher in Governance and Development at the Department of Development Studies with research focus in Decentralisation and Local Governance. Besides close to fifteen years of teaching at the University, he also possesses about twelve years of experience in Academic Leadership and Administration. Also possess more than seven years experience of Managing Development Projects as Project Facilitator and also consulted for international organizations, District Assemblies etc.

5. Five years as Project Facilitator to the Government Accountability Improves Trust(GAIT) Program(USAID Funded)

6. Two years as Project Officer at ADRA, Ghana Office.

7. Offered Consulting services for UN Agencies, CLUSA, and District Assemblies in Ghana

8. Twelve years of service as elected representative(unpaid) at the Jasikan District Assembly

9. About ten years of unpaid representative of Convocation at the VVU University Council and Relevant Subcommittees

10. Served in several Committees at the District Assembly including Development Planning, Finance and Administration, Executive Committee, Works, Public Relations and Complaints and Social Services
