Emmaline Datey

Emmaline is a Life Coach, Leadership and HR Consultant, Keynote Speaker and Event Compere. A member of the John Maxwell team, Emmaline has gained 6 years’ experience in Human Resource Management with 16 years public speaking and mentorship experience to high school students, undergraduates and working class persons.

She qualified as a Professional in Human Resources in 2014 with the HRCI, USA and graduated from Valley View University, Oyibi Accra with a first class Degree in Human Resource Management in 2012. Emmaline serves as the President of the Ladies Guide Inc, a female mentorship network under the EventGuide Magazine Group.  She is also the founder of a digital female inspirational and empowerment platform, The Fearless and Fabulous Network. Emmaline has been honoured as one of Ghana’s 100 Most influential Women in 2017. She is a vibrant keynote speaker focusing on Leadership, Personal and Career Development, Life Skills, and HR Strategy.

She has also been the official MC for African Twin Fashion Festival since 2016. Additionally, Emmaline serves as a volunteer in an International Women’s Charity and Advocacy Organization, Sisters’ Keepers Association and also serves on the Ghana Event Awards (GEA) board as Board Chair.

 

Emmaline believes that there is every possibility to be who you were meant to be. To her, impossible is an opinion not a fact. She likes to help others in need, and inspire others with her work. She also believes that she was meant to better people's lives and make them happier. She derives delight in seeing people attain their vision and goals in life.
