Valley View University has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with CSIR Food Research Institute to promote composite flour technology in Ghana by building the capacity of bakers, pastry makers, processors, farmers, and youth. This project is to be supported by the Ghana Skills Development Fund.
A 3-day orientation session was held from May 1-3, 2023 at Valley View University, Columbia Conference Room at 9:00 a.m. each day.

The Valley View University Church at the Oyibi campus permanently opened for worship on Saturday, 29 April 2023, after almost two decades of breaking the ground for construction. The special occasion, themed “Move-in-by Faith, I Will Go”, was graced by many dignitaries, including Pastor (Prof.) Oyeleke Alabi Owolabi, Field Secretary of the West-Central Africa Division (WAD) of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Pastor (Prof.) Daniel Opoku Boateng, former Vice-President and Ministerial Secretary of the WAD, Pastor (Dr.) Chris Annan Nunoo, Executive Secretary of the Southern Ghana Union Conference of the SDA, and Elder Emmanuel Kwandahor, former Director of the Physical Plant of VVU – under whose tenure the project commenced.
Valley View University, through its Directorate of Career Services, in collaboration with the National Academy of Students’ Achievement Awards Ghana (NASAAG) organised a Career and Capacity Development Summit at the Seth Laryea Multipurpose Centre at Valley View University on Friday, March 10, 2023.
