Valley View University has entered into an agreement with Precise Creations Limited, a leading company in Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) kiosk manufacturing. This is in line with the vision of the University to continue to widen its horizon by aligning itself with promising institutions in the country.
With the signing of the agreement, Precise Creations Limited has authorization to install and operate an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) on the premises of the University for the purpose of conducting banking services. The terms for the agreement are for a period of five years with an option to renew.
The Vice Chancellor of Valley View University, Prof Dr Dr Daniel Buor who signed the agreement on behalf of the University noted that the University was growing at a fast pace and as such, there was the need for facilities such as ATMs to enhance life on campus.
“The expansions going on in the University community, such as the construction of faculty and Staff homes and the shopping mall which will soon be built on campus call for facilities such your organization [Precise Creations Ltd] is willing to provide on campus.”
The Vice Chancellor expressed confidence in the relationship that was about to take off between the University and Precise Creations Limited.
Signing the agreement on behalf of his, company, the Managing Director of Precise Creations Limited, Mr. Cornelius Avudzivi stated that his outfit was delighted to be associated with Valley View University, Ghana’s Premier Private University.
Mr. Avudzivi said the vision of Precise Creations Limited is to use technology to make life easy.
He said “We are solution providers… the service we want to provide here is a one stop shop for access to ATMs.” Mr. Avudzivi also noted that with time, the ATMs will be improved to take care of intelligent deposits.
Precise Creations Limited [www.precisecreations.net] also has projects with the World Trade Centre and the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Ghana. The company is also into real estates.
Precise Creations Limited is a Christian organization and therefore shares in the vision of VVU of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Pact was witnessed by the Acting Registrar of VVU, Pastor Odomse Akouko Nyantakyi on the side of the University whilst Mr. Daniel Koranteng, the Chief Operations Director of Precise Creations Limited served as a witness for his side.
