In keeping with SDA philosophy of education which includes the development of the physical nature of man, Valley View University provides varied opportunities for students to work in campus-related industries. Students are expected to work at least four hours per week. Thus, encouraging them to appreciate the value and dignity of labour, and also, to become self-reliant in financial matters. If a student's spouse is employed in work study programme of Valley View University to support the student, the employment may be terminated once the student has graduated and ceased to be a registered student.
