The Women’s Multipurpose Training Centre on Valley View University campus is organizing a 3 month training programme in shirt and skirt sewing from March 15 to June 17 2013. The programme seeks to equip trainees with knowledge in modern skills in sewing skirts and shirts. Experienced resource persons from the centre will train participants in sewing skirts like Fitting, A Shape, Box Shape, Banana and Flare. They will also be trained in sewing shirts like Jumper, Classic, Tunic and Convertible. Applications are open to all and sundry including faculty, staff and students of Valley View University.

The library accepts students to work in its work-study program based on the following conditions:
· That the applicant is a current student of the university, whose academic calendar has not ended with the university as a student.
· That the student is in his or her second year.
· That the student has a current GPA of 3.00.
Student who satisfy the above condition and want to work in the library as student-workers are to send an application by any of the following methods

The School of Business in collaboration with the School of Business Students’ Association (SOBSA) of Valley View University have successfully organized this year’s corporate day under the theme, ‘’Branding: A Strategic Positioning For Endless Possibilities’’.

Codeplex of Valley View University has emerged as the only group to successfully enter into this year’s Microsoft Ghana Imagine Cup competition and also represent Ghana in the global competition.
A team from Valley View University, led by the University Relations Officer, Pastor Joe Hagan has called on the Deputy Indian High Commissioner to Ghana, Mr. Ajaneesh Kumar at his office for some deliberations towards building a strong relationship between the High Commission and the University.

Valley View University, has been honoured for achievements chalked in the provision of quality education to students by the Business Initiative Directions, an international organisation, which awards companies, organisations and institutions for excellence.
