Invitation Cards for Graduation Dinner
This is to kindly ask all graduands to pick up invitation cards for the Graduation Dinner from Tuesday 24th November, 2009 at Room 22, J.A Bulley Block.
Please Take Note:
Admission to the dinner hall is strictly by invitation. Kindly attend the dinner with the invitation card. Thank You.

Graduation Gowns are Ready!!
This is to kindly ask all graduands to pick up their graduation gown from tuesday 24th November, 2009 at room 25 J.A Bulley Block.
Please Take Note
All graduands are required to return the gown within the period tuesday 1st December, to Friday 4th December, 2009.
Kindly be informed that, if the gown is returned
within the period Monday 7th December to Friday 11th December 2009, it attracts a penalty of Fifty Ghana Cedis(GH¢ 50).
Further, if the gown is returned anytime after Friday 11th December 2009, it attracts a penalty of One Hundred Ghana Cedis(GH¢ 100).
Graduation 2009-Booking of space for Reception
All grandaunds who intend to hold reception on campus for their guests during the 2009 graduation ceremony are required to pay deposits against damages to the finance office and present the receipt to Mr. Evans Donkor (Tel-0276267357) at the physical plant department
The amounts to pay are:
GHc 20.00 for room
GHc 10.00 for open space
The deposits will be refunded if no damages are caused by the grandaund.
Please note that space availability will be based strictly on “first come first served”
This is to kindly ask all graduands to collect their graduation invitation cards at the office of the V.P for Academics Administration, Room 22 J.A Bulley Block. (or Administration Block)
