ABOUT MEGHOMA HALL

The Boluwatife Meghoma Memorial Hall Project is a joint initiative of Valley View University and the Family of Boluwatife Meghoma – a first year student of Valley View University. 

On 3rd June 2008, while returning from holidays in Nigeria, Boluwatife Meghoma met his untimely death in a road traffic accident. This sad event occurred a few weeks before his 21st birthday on July 20, 2008.

He was a brilliant student, a loving Christian and a member of a loving and dedicated family.

To honour his memory, Valley View University and the Meghoma Family are inviting friends, relatives, and sympathizers to make kind donations towards the construction of a Hall of Residence at VVU.  Upon completion, proceeds from this US$2 million project will be used in supporting bright and needy students at Boluwatife’s alma mater.  It will also reduce time consuming and sometimes dangerous daily commuting by students.
